Gw2 the Best .

Bummed that it seems to have all the standard gacha/mobile game systems. Without those, I could see myself enjoying it a lot. The graphic style is great, and the animations look solid, the combat seems fun, and the world seems pretty cool. Then they have to throw in all the shitty mobile/gacha systems and ruin it (obviously this is just my opinion)

Imagine making an mmorpg and not adding dual wield swords in it, these devs must be insane

Cant rebind keys, no one around, i just left after i got out the crappy tutorial i had to do even though its a 10 button game ... how dulled down in iq do you have to be to play this game? higher then 35 iq which is functional is probably too high for this game.

Installed, tried for 30min, uninstalled. Clunky, floaty, non-impactful combat was instant turn off. That AI voice is so cringe it hurts.

Take note if you have an older or a cheap phone it wont run smooth at all. Its very stressful and takes up too much space on the phone.

WoW is for players who have too much playtime. Tarisland is good for working class people.

On paper its terrible, yet it's still kind of fun lol.

The challenge mode dungeons and raids are actually decently challenging and harder than many other mmos tbh. The PvP is decent as well, very similar to WoW. There is some clutter and issues with game but its definitely not very P2W and worth playing for at least some time while waiting for other mmos to come out.

Noones mentioning that all the systems are pretty fleshed out and have good depth like all the classes I’ve played have been fun feeling and take skill to master but also have a tonne of depth and customization

I am having a blast playing this as a small filler game, while I wait for my main game releases. Healing high level dungeons and raids are actually challenging. Its just fun.

Combat is better than Wow. Built in macro system no typing. PvP is equalized. No p2w there. Huge amounts of QoL and polish over Wow. Not a wow clone. Completely different. Like a good version of lost ark with reduced grind and mtx. Overall, as a vanilla wow og, I can say it beats wow 9/10 times n most cases. Noobs will compare it to wow until they put real time in. Not a casual game or mobile themed at all.. some people don't know what Asian mmos are. Mobile is an option not the theme or style. Best Asian mmo on market 👌

Bruh, if you care if your character is "gender locked" on whether or not you play a game or have enjoyment...you are entitled to your opinion but i think its fucking absurd in my opinion. It almost seems sexist. Can someone PLEASE try to explain to me why your character potentially having a digital dick or masculine features makes a game inherently "unplayable". I feel like im losing my mind here. League of Legends is gender locked AND race locked. No one says shit? Are you telling me that because that game is an RTS vs RPG completely changes its acceptance???!

I try out all games for myself and prefer mmorpg's, probably because EQ was my first pc game. I honestly thought I would play this for a few days and go on; but, I like it and I am staying. Localization is really not to much of an issue for me, as I realize that Chinese thought and sentence structure is much different than English. I just understand that and go on. I like the Priest Healer. I can build it the way I want. The class is easy to play, but hard to be real good at. The build can make a big difference. The Guild structure is simple, but allows you to make friends and help others which is a plus. I can see this game getting more complex as levels, skills, Dungeons, and content unluck. The Dungeons are fun. If I am having fun, and I am, then I like it.

Dude, nobody cares about voice acting. Nobody play that for storytelling. We play the game because it has amazing PvP and PvE (dungeons & raids).

My only complaint is the map sizes. Everything else about this game is awesome. It’s free, easy to progress, did I mention free? There’s no ads begging you for money. It’s also new AND designed for mobile. It’s not meant to be a wow killer imo, though I can clearly see where they’ve taken inspiration which honestly I’m cool with. The voice acting is a bit off but honestly whatever I don’t think this is an English game anyway. Overall I’m having a blast playing it. Did I mention this game hasn’t been out for a week yet, and it’s free? Lmao

It's fukin free to play . You pay BLIZZARD to play the game and fix their customer service whereas Tar island doesn't let you pay their game you just have to have fun . And still you complain? Lmao

Good video man. I pretty much agree across the entire video. People can absolutely engage with the content and play the game for free without having to spend any money but it's really sad and dishonest to see some players doing everything they can to defend the monetization practices and pretend like the game isn't p2w. I recently just made a video on this to go a bit in more detail as to what advantages you get if you spend real money and oh boy are there going to be people be upset about it.

battles are a bit simply imo, same rotation for all classes, not sure if talent points might add variety to it later since i'm still low lv. I'm hopefull though, they will probably expand it with time. I doubt they're planing to keep it the same forever lol.

this game could have alot of potential without mobile support u can see that combat/gameplay and endgame content is designed around mobile phones and i rather still play wow than wasting time on this game and its already dead on twitch after 1 week

Its a mobile mmo and i am really not interested in a game where i have limited acces to trade with other players. Its a kind of p2w game if you look into the trade part.

It’s scratching the casual mmo itch. I have no desire for another wow endgame second job grind.

Its not a bad game but its just a good phone game you can tell by the movement when you play it on pc. Its much better on pc than phone.

Seriously, all the systems (login rewards, currencies, etc) are what made me log out. I was like "wtf is going on, what are all these crazy things" and I just didn't care to figure them all out. Maybe I'll put in the effort to learn it all, but I kinda doubt it. :(

I’m playing this now and enjoying it. Nevertheless, this is a fair review. The building is very rewarding and the world is beautiful but beyond that, there is not a lot to encourage you to engage with the grind. The large group format they have chosen presents considerable problems in my view. The grind requires specialisation and each specialisation is dependent on others, so, you are encouraged towards allocating one or two activities to each group member - which for me means too much repetition. If your blacksmith gets bored after a few weeks and quits, then everyone is stuck because each specialisation needs the others. Most critically for me, large groups can tend to reserve the fun stuff (designing and building) to a few people with everyone else consigned to fetch and carry. There is also the risk of having to live with someone else’s immersion breaking building designs if you are unlucky enough to have a group leader that likes to build crazy stuff. For it to work, you would need a big, highly co-operative and like-minded group, who are going to stick with the game long term. I’m wondering how this can be achieved in the current game state - particularly with the threat of wipes. Anyway, I’m currently playing solo and treating this as an opportunity to try everything out. Hopefully, I’ll find a group that suits me that I can join after the first wipe. We’ll see :)
